Turnberry Cottage enjoys views over the surrounding gardens, open fields and woodlands that provide endless opportunities to relax and enjoy the many walks in the area.

Alternatively glimpse the foxes; hare, pheasant and deer that roam in the surrounding parkland and often wander into the garden as you sit relaxed in the warm glow of the sun setting in the west.
 
Several generations ago Turnberry Cottage's role was as a byre. Today it has been fully refurbished and tastefully converted to create a warm, comfortable holiday cottage in an ideal location to explore this beautiful, interesting and exciting part of Ayrshire.

The period pine flooring, antique cast iron fireplace and tasteful furnishings give Turnberry Cottage a charm and character befitting its historic roots while providing modern comfort and convenience.
 
Accommodation is accessed all on one level. The cottage is entered by a small sun-porch / boot room, through into a lounge with antique fireplace and electric fire, open plan to dining room and well-fitted kitchen.

Beyond the living area are two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a shower room with WC, wash hand basin, bidet and shower cubicle.
 
The cottage is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer space available, automatic washing machine, kettle toaster, full complement of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.

Colour TV, DVD, CD player, radio, hairdryer and shaver point. There is a good selection of books, games, DVD’s and maps available in the cottage. Wireless internet access is also available.
 
Across the courtyard in the former cart shed there is an area provided for drying outdoor clothes and for additional freezer space if required.

Outdoors the wide open space is to be enjoyed- a gas BBQ and garden table and chairs are provided for your use.
